I’m an investor, I would highly recommend Shane. I’ve listed two properties with him and the transactions went smoothly. He’s very transparent and has great communication skills. Stay away from this crook !!! He works for the buyer and screws the seller. He cost us over 30000 dollars !!! And the title agency he works with are also very incompetent they never mailed me my water escrow check. I have it all in black and white !!!!!! I have more on this crook will post more later !!!!!!!! Still no water escrow check ????? My turn to hire a private eye and an attorney !!!

Mr Parker achieved mission impossible he managed to sell my property that had a lot of serious issues (sitting tenants damaged roof etc..) but he worked so hard and his commitment was second to none if you want to have things done he is the man for you Rocco Gentile

I am so impressed with Shane. I had 2 houses to sell once they were repaired. I finished the first one in 2020 and he sold it for a very igood price. He handled all the details - no stress with paperwork. The second one was finished by Dec. 1st. I wanted to sell it before the end of the year. I was told by everyone that was impossible. Shane said it would be difficult but he would try. He not only sold it by the end of the year, we closed before the Christmas holiday. Wow! I have recommended him to friends and they were very happy with the results too. I will always use Shane for any real estate transactions in the future.

It seems that even leading up to Covid society in general when it comes to customer service have been lacking but after Covid things seem to have gotten drastically worse so I got to the point that whenever I dealt with anybody to purchase a service or a product I didn’t expect much but to my surprise when I started looking for a condo to purchase One of the realtors that responded to me as I was scrolling through Zillow and redfin was Shane Parker of S&P Realty Because interest rates were going up so fast along with the average price of a home I figured I’d better lock in a good interest rate and a Fair competitive Price. After introducing himself to me he asked me is it OK if him and the lender had a form of zoom call with me I agreed and I like what I heard neither one of them were pushy they were dressed well they didn’t talk fast if there was something that I couldn’t understand they would continually always ask me if you have any questions let me know and we’ll go over it again or we’ll explain things to you I had a few questions Not many but they always explained it to me just like they said they found a program for me that would help me with discounts and it came through just like they said throughout the whole process Shane continued to send me homes based on the description that I gave him that I was looking for he was never pushy he was never demanding he let me go at my own pace so that I didn’t feel I was being forced into a sale, everything worked out great everything he said he would do for me he did he got me a low interest rate he got the funding that I desired And he found me a home that was reasonably priced within a few miles of my current residence because of my job Location I couldn’t ask for a better realtor not only is Shane honest he really has a warm inviting friendly personality he was always polite to me he shared some things with me about Health that I can benefit from & again it wasn’t pushy so that tells me about his character after the process was over I have to commend him because everything turned out just like he said I have already started recommending him to my family and to my many friends When I have my housewarming next year I plan to invite Shane first I would like my friends to meet him he’s an excellent professional salesman

He was so knowledgeable about everything in the home buying process and was willing to teach and listen to all my questions that I had.
